I have lived here for thirteen years. I am so proud of the staff we have now. Anthony is quite the kind maintenance man every apt. building should have. He knows what he is doing, very respectable, pleasant. Ina and Laura are terrific with office needs, so pleasant and helpful. None better. A shout out to David, I know he is working to make Marcella apartments stand out .

I lived at Marcella apartments for 8 1/2 years before I moved to Oklahoma to help my daughter out and can’t wait to get back to live there. Got a wonderful staff nice apartment elevator. I love it.

Marcella Apts have been my home for almost 3 years. My kitchen ceiling had a water leak and Anthony came right over and fixed the leak. He has fixed my closet door as well. He is a hard worker and determined to keep Marcella Apts up and running.

My father recently moved in here and absolutely loves it. Worth the wait. Dad raves especially about the nice laundry room and the affordability all around. Front office staff have been amazingly helpful, especially Laura Lopez. So grateful for the office team and the wonderful facilities! Thank you!

I have lived here going on 2 years and I love it here, it felt like home the minute I walked in. It took me two years to get in due to the waiting list, but it was well worth the wait. It is the cleanest apartment building I ever lived in and it is well maintained. I am very happy here and it's home and plan to stay many years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
