The staff there are very rude to the elderly they need to just stop for 2 minutes and listen

My father recently moved in here and absolutely loves it. Worth the wait. Dad raves especially about the nice laundry room and the affordability all around. Front office staff have been amazingly helpful, especially Laura Lopez. So grateful for the office team and the wonderful facilities! Thank you!

I have lived here going on 2 years and I love it here, it felt like home the minute I walked in. It took me two years to get in due to the waiting list, but it was well worth the wait. It is the cleanest apartment building I ever lived in and it is well maintained. I am very happy here and it's home and plan to stay many years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I don't live here, never have and never will. Was on the 2 year waiting list for 2 years. They lost the list. I pointed out that Matt had called me 8 months ago so I was on the list then. Provided an email exchange with dates. They said, "Matt doesn't work here anymore, so you can't prove you were on the list." Try to speak to the manager. You'll get the asst. manager. Contact the out-of-state management company responsible for this fiasco. They say they will call back. They won't. Trying to find a decent rental in Denver is tough. Why does management at Marcella Manor act like they don't care? Because they don't!!!

Clean, well maintained excellent Manage & assistant manager , maintenance men/2 are excellent! All utilities paid, we do are own machine washing & clothe drying .No complaints .
